Welcome to the Aerobus which will rock your mind and make you go "WOW! Best application ever!" (Even though you'll forget it after a few minutes)
I recommend you follow a few small steps before you start reading, it is for your own safety and pleasure.
1. Sit in a comfort chair, sofa, floor, table, fillow (whatever floats your boat)
2. Grab something to drink or eat.
3. Fasten the seat-belt. (If you don't have one, then sit thight and hold on)
4. Do a double check and see if you have these steps cleared.
You do? GREAT! Lets begin before I bore you!
1)Account name (include the 4 digits, invite purposes) ?
My account name is: Aerodizz.5279
2)Applicant character name, level & class?
I am applying on my level 80 Warrior also named
3)Any planned alt (Include only those you deem worthy of mentioning)
As of yet I am trying to fully get into the game and explore what it has to offer, I am focusing on my main warrior
to get him geared up and ready for anything the game has to throw at me (no balls though) But If I were to make an alt
for the guild and be able to assist in anyway I can, I would - If my warrior is good and no other requests are made and I make
an alt to pass time - It would be a Thief.
4)Your exploits in gw2 so far (crafting lvl, WvW/dungeons/spvp experience)
Pretty much any new games has a lot of exploits. I've explored several "exploitable" dynamic events which helped me through leveling.
I also grinded Chef from 0-400 in about 3 hours before the hotfix which involved that players would not be able to acquire the materials needed
by using Karma. I have also skilled my Armorsmith to 400 and working on getting materials to make my Exotic sets. (Sadly Trading Post is down the moment I write this). I've just had a sneek-peak at the WvW and It is great, but to be honest I would not say that I have any experience, nor do I have much experience with dungeons. I have only done Hotw and RoA on Story mode - But sadly RoA bugged after killing Zaithan. I am spending my days on exploring more dungeons and WvW.
5)Do you have a mic & are you talkative in guild / voice comms?
Just by asking that question it makes me more interested to join the guild, if accepted. But to answer your question: Yes. I do have a working Mic
and headset, I am a very social guy and have most voicechat programs installed and updated such as: Ventrilo, Skype, Teamspeak and Raidcall.
6)Previous MMO experience (game; time spent), maybe charnames / server
Yes, I do have a lot of experience with other MMO games:
1. World of Warcraft - About 6 years experience and highly skilled with PvP and PvE, I am familiar with keybinds and macro usage.
- (Character: Pricity - WoW EU - Outland Alliance)
2. Rift - About 1 year experience, pretty much did only PvP and were social with my guild.
Now I am focusing on Guild Wars 2 and quit the games named above.
7)Previous guild experience (what focus and what position did you hold)
When I first started playing Guild Wars at pre-launch I recieved a lot of guild invites and accepted, But I never represented them.
So technically I was never in a guild, I was just focused on leveling and learning the game and totally forgot.
8)Have you spoken/played with any of us ingame yet ? Who(m)?
Earlier today I played with 3 people from [CoW] and I believe Blizz was the one who asked me if I was interested in joining the guild.
(I am not sure if I remember correctly the names, but we did RoA story mode around 18:00 PM and after last boss it bugged and we did not get it completed.
1)How old are you?
I am 20 years old. (Yay past the teenage years, and only half way to 40)
2)Where are you from/where do you live?
I am from Ice-cold Norway and live in a small city called Kristiansund.
But originally I am from Iran, but I am Armenian.
So you could say I am: Persian/Armenian/Norwegian.
3)What days can you play on and at what times (approximately)?
I am working part time and have school only on Thursdays. I am playing everyday but mostly in the afternoons as I am trying to only
get early shifts at my job.
4)Any special schedule where you know you can't be online (other hobby, etc..)?
I am an active person and like to hang with my friends, be at the gym or as said above - School and Work.
But If I say or sign up for a Guild-Event, I'll show up!
5)How would you describe yourself as a person and a gamer. (be concise use key concepts)
Describe myself huh? Wish I had a Wikipedia page so the work was done for me, but yeye lets try.
I would describe myself as a social guy, interested in games and technology.
I am funny, respectful, kind and put up standards for myself that would be appreciated by others.
When it comes to the game-world, I am a supportive person and like to help my friends and guild members the best way I can.
I am not a guy interested in bad atmosphere and hate conflicts that are ruining people's experience with a guild or a game.
1)How did you hear about us?
I was playing earlier today, and I did RoA Story-mode with 3 [CoW] members, I think one was named "Blizz" or something close to it
who informed me and told me to apply if I was interested.
2)What do you expect from us?
The most important thing I expect from a Guild, its Leader and fellow members it to accept me for who I am, what I do and how I do it.
(Don't missunderstand me, I am open for changes and suggestions). I hope the guild has active members who also brings a good atmosphere.
Other than that - Just to be helpful and patience with my newbie questions and actions. (No I won't jump off a cliff and say forgive me)
3)And what can we expect from you?
You are welcoming me into your home, your playground your life - You can expect me to be supportive, active and social.
I will be there for the guild when needed and but the guild before my own interests (in-game).
4)Anything additional you want to add that was missing.
- I like cake?
- I have a stable network (hardly ever Disconnect)
- PC Speccs: Intel I7 3770 3.4Ghz X4, nVidia GTX 670 2GB, Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM 1600Mhz, Corsair 800W Power-Supply, MSI GD45 Motherboard
Other than that:
Some of my answer may be weird or does not make any sence, but please - feel free to ask any question(s) you may have!
Ladies and Gentlemen we have arrived at the last stop for this Busride. I hope you had a great time with Aerobus and you are welcome to travel with me again.
